From the Swiss Alps to Bali in motion at On’s pop-up. A movement-driven pop-up where Swiss performance meets Bali’s active culture.
What if a shopping destination could feel less like a store and more like a movement? In Bali, that experience comes to life at On Pop-Up store Bali, a thoughtfully designed pop-up space that goes beyond retail to become a community hub for movement, connection, and culture. Located on the Island of the Gods, the space is created to encourage interaction while highlighting On’s ongoing commitment to building and supporting movement communities across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
Founded in 2010 in the Swiss Alps, the Swiss performance brand brings its signature innovation to Bali through a unique fusion of Swiss technology and Balinese design influences. Embracing the “Dream On” philosophy, the pop-up reflects Bali’s hybrid, movement-oriented lifestyle, where wellness, community, nature, and creativity naturally intersect. The space is designed not only for global active communities, but also for the local culture that defines Bali’s rhythm of life.

For today’s generation, those who track their 5km runs, log workouts on Strava, and seek meaning in movement, this pop-up is more than worth a visit. Visitors can join weekly coastal running sessions, strength and conditioning classes led by local coaches, and special weekend programs that celebrate Bali’s movement culture. The experience is further elevated through a collaboration with local brand Lenny’s, offering a curated smoothie and coffee experience that blends wellness with lifestyle. Of course, the space also features On’s performance products, such as high performance running footwear built for speed, heat, and long distances; outdoor and trail models designed for Bali’s diverse terrain, training gear for gyms and studios, and versatile silhouettes that move seamlessly across activities and settings.

Every detail of the space reflects a meeting point between contemporary design and local identity. Natural textures, open structures, and curated lighting echo Bali’s landscapes and rhythms, while staying true to On’s clean, functional aesthetic. A striking 3D installation, a replica of a rock from the Engadin Alps, where On was founded, stands as a symbolic centerpiece.
Reinterpreted by Bali-based artist Jemana Murti, the piece draws inspiration from traditional Balinese stone carving, where natural erosion gives stones depth, character, and a sense of living history.
More than a pop-up store, this is a meeting point of Swiss innovation and Balinese movement culture, a space that invites people to move, connect, and grow together. Located at Jalan Pantai Pererenan No. 155, and open daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM WITA, On Pop-up Bali is not just a destination, it’s a living movement experience. (Text Betsy Kristianto)
