Beck is back with his most adorable music video ‘Fix Me’. Directed by Brook-Linder, the video shows beloved instagram baby Mame, poodles, Riku, Gaku and Qoo.
Beck is back with probably the most adorable music video ever for his new single “Fix Me” starring an instagram famous little girl named Mame and her three poodles Riku, Gaku and Qoo. Set in Yamagata, Japan, the video shows a microcosm of Mame’s life with the poodles simply spending their time together in a cute manner without any adults presents in the video, like living in their own world and it’s too cute to be true. Beck also teamed up with American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and encouraging fans to donate and make a difference for a good cause.
Directed by Brook-Linder, the video was purely a serene shots of emotions and the genuineness of the songs perfectly complimenting each other. “There’s something really special happening in the mountains of Yamagata, and we were lucky enough to enter Mame’s world for two afternoons in November,” Linder said of the video. “That home is heaven on Earth. One of the dogs, Qoo, and I had a special connection – I think he’s my great-grandfather reincarnated… or something. He looked into my soul.”
Beck said in a press release, “There’s a poetry to Mame and her gentle, loving poodle guardians in their serene world, it speaks to the sentiment of ‘Fix Me.’ Glad they were willing to be a part of the video.”
“Fix Me” is a cool down track of Beck’s 13th album Colors, as one of the best records in 2017. Colors has been holding strong in charts since October 2017, and currently being nominated in the Best Music Video category of the 60th annual Grammy Awards this month for his single Up All Night for its epic video.
